At Orleans Shoe Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn footwear in original packaging. We strive to make the process as seamless as possible to ensure you find the perfect fit for your lifestyle.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn shoes back in their original designer box and secure them inside a shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new pair within 5-7 business days.
